◽️Having big-picture goals is great, but it's important to set smaller, consistent goals for ourselves that will help you get there.

◻️Multitasking can stunt your productivity, if you are trying to complete two incompatible tasks together. However, there can be positive ways of multitasking if we pair two complementary tasks together, like listening to a podcast while working out.

Self-care is an important aspect of life. We often forgot & don't even realize it. As a working mom of 2 boys, I never take a break from work. I get lost in-between work & family. Although I have a very loving family who loves & supports me 24/7, I still felt like ‘it’s time to change’.
