QLE ⏰ QUALIFYING LIFE EVENTS

Last week after we shared that the college medical plans is a Qualifying Event (QLE) we were asked to share a refresher of all QLE's.

So here is the full list:

🎂 Aging out of parents plan at 26, or 65 to go to Medicare
💍 Change in Marital Status
👶🏻 Birth, Adoption or Guardianship of a child
💼 Change in Employment or status
🚚 Moved to a different area
⛑️ Loss of COBRA, Medicaid, other coverage
🗽 Gain of U.S Legal Status

📄 Coverage mandated via court order

Hellooooo October!!!! OMG, how are we here?! It is shocking both because we have made it to October, yet how is it already October with more than half the year being confined and restricted.

As I reflect on October, the start of the 4th quarter of the year, nothing going as planned yet the possibility of the future, I take a deep breath and exhale GRACE! I exhale grace upon us as business owners, parents of school aged children, and as HUMAN BEINGS!
