Owned by the San Mateo County Community College District with sister radio station KCSM (FM), the station serves the San Francisco Bay Area from studios at the College of San Mateo. KCSM-TV operates 24 hours a day with a focus toward adult education. During prime-time/weekends KCSM provides locally-produced and a wide array of syndicated programming.

Our Story
KCSM TV was owned by the San Mateo County Community College District with sister radio station KCSM (FM), the station use to serves the San Francisco Bay Area from studios at the College of San Mateo. KCSM-TV operated 24 hours a day with a focus toward adult education. August of 2018 the San Mateo Community College District completed it’s sale of the station to KRCB, Rural California Broadcasting, in Rhonert Park. They now operate ch 43 with the call sign KPJK.
