February Housing Numbers are in! Closed sales were down but Pending Sales are up, Sale Price is up, Days on Market is up and New Listings are up. Spring is here and things are looking up my friends.

For the last 3 years, David and I have had something on our wish list. David, being a special education teacher for 31 years, used to have a Thanksgiving Dinner in his classroom for Special Needs Students and their families. He so misses doing that since he retired from teaching at Sapulpa Public Schools.

Today, we took the first step of seeing our dream of continuing the love we have for kids with special needs and their families become reality.

On December 13, 2024, David and I, through proceeds from our Real Estate Commissions, will be hosting “Cookies With Santa” for special needs students from as many local schools as want to attend. Please pass this information on to any Special Education teachers you may know.

There will be Christmas goodies, Christmas Carols and music, and who knows, maybe even some special guests. I promise every person attending will have a great time.

This event will be at Foundation Church during the school day. What a great field trip it will be! A huge thank you goes to our church for giving us this fantastic venue to love on our special needs kids and their families.
