We have some picky eaters here who need meds daily. The soft cookies we were buying ended up being $1.37 per cookie!!! that’s over $200 a month in just cookies to add to the $250 arthritis meds for 5 of our older 4 legged staff members.

SO we made up our own soft cookie recipe:
(pony tested and approved !)
2lbs oats
4 cups rice syrup
8 shredded carrots
3 tablespoons of salt
2.5 cups of flour

bake @ 375 for 15 minutes!

then pack into tight balls (gloves recommended) and cool in fridge or freezer

this is pennys on the dollar to store bought!
