Average 30-year fixed interest rate 7.94% However when you have an Exceptional Realtor on your side "Average" is a bad word 😕. GOT MY CLIENT LOCKED IN AT 5.875%!!! They are currently paying 2200.00 for rent and it's going down a black hole. However their mortgage is 1800.00! and they will get all the tax breaks us owners get!
