Hello everyone! The smell of school is in the air!We at Sharon Sokolik and Associates are looking forward to many expected as well as unexpected events to happen over the next 9 months. For those that are attending our social groups, just reminding you that the groups will be starting next week! We will be sending out reminders so you are aware of the dates. Our YA groups will meet 2x a month on weekends. We will be introducing some new social outings including the Fencing Class this weekend and Make your own Emoji at the Apple Store next weekend! Stay tuned for more great events being scheduled as I type! Please check out our policies and procedures for our rate changes effective in August. Given a hack to our account, we will be changing over from using Quickbooks as well as accepting Paypal and Venmo payments to a system that is regulated through Wells Fargo. We are keeping our reaction to this unexpected development small given that it was out of our control and now in the hands of the Dunwoody Police Department. We are beyond excited to announce a change in our March social thinking outings!
Instead of having our dinner outing on March 10th (that outing will be moved to April), we will be offering PUPPY YOGA at Bosley's Place in Smyrna!
We did this absolutely amazing event almost two years ago and it was one of the highlights!

Saturday night our HS and YA friends will be stepping back in time at Medieval Times! In addition to hanging out and working on social thinking skills,you will get to experience jousting and eating turkey legs! How could life be any better!

Pickleball seems to be the latest sports trend! But before there was pickleball, there was Frisbee Golf! Come hang outside with some really nice people next Sunday. We will continue working on how to navigate social situations, build and maintain relationships with our peers! This past Sunday we had a great time at our Lego Building Social Competition!
Next Sunday we are heading to Art and Soul Art Studio to continue our social thinking adventures!
This is another great way for those of all age with ASD, ADHD, Social Anxiety, NVLD to meet with others and work on their social thinking skills using techniques from the Social Thinking Curriculum as well as the PEERS curriculum.
This is only for kids, adults can drop them off:)
