Thank you to the Page family for sponsoring lunch today for the patients and families in the Aflac Cancer and Blood Disorder Centers of Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta today. Their son, Edward, has battled cancer himself these last couple of years. When asked why they wanted to sponsor lunch today, Edward’s father said, “The Page family spent most of 2017 through 2019 where these families are now, and we know how challenging the holidays can be in the hospital. We want families to remember that they are never alone, and families like us think of them every day. We hope this meal can bring some comfort. ”

We heard that our neighbors, Qdoba, have been helping feed local hospitals and their patients. This is something they've been doing for a while and are now ramping up that effort! To paraphrase the owner, Tim, "if we go down, we're going down doing the right thing."
