🍔If you love burgers, you’re going to want to try this! - Organic pasta (preferably made in Italy, we use @seggianofoods but here I used Alb Gold Organic Dino Pasta—so fun for kids!) - Grass-fed ground beef - Onion - Garlic - Fire-roasted tomatoes - Greek yogurt (instead of mayo) - Pickles - No sugar added ketchup (here I used @primalkitchenfoods ) - Worcestershire sauce - Dijon mustard - Grass-fed cheese - @redmondrealsalt Salt - Pepper - Sesame seeds (optional) - Lettuce (for topping) 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F. 2. Cook pasta and beef, then add them to a glass baking dish. 3. Cook onion and garlic, then add to the dish. Add tomatoes, Greek yogurt, pickles, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix well. 4. Top with remaining cheese and sesame seeds (if you have them). 5. The easiest creamy green chili chicken enchiladas! 🌮 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Mix chicken, taco seasoning, cream cheese, green chili, sour cream, and cheese. We use pre-cooked rotisserie chicken for convenience. 3. Pour 1/3 of the sauce into a baking dish. Scoop 1/2 cup of the chicken mixture into each tortilla, roll, and place seam-side down. 4. Pour remaining sauce over tortillas, top with cheese, cover with foil, bake for 15 minutes, then uncover and bake for another 10 minutes.
