This was my second time going and I really love what Sherry is doing. this isn't your typical massage...we spend the first half talking thru what's going on in my body and dig deeper into what might be at the root of any pain I'm experiencing. I gain a lot of insight during our conversation that I can use as tools in every day life. the massage itself is very calming and she integrates our discussion into the massage. she also brings in drums and singing bowls, which I appreciate as well. Went two souls reunion!
I had a very special client yesterday. She booked her appointment a few days in advance, messaging me asking me what she could do to prepare for the session and that she felt inspired to have the "Soul Transcendence Session." She said I noticed you offer an assessment, when could I book that with you? I said we do it at the same time as the session and that sets us on the course to doing the session work.
She was so excited and she brought a list of things she has been working on and healing in her body with nutrition, herbs and supplements. As we were talking she pulls out a pill box and shows me all of the supplements and the medications she's been taking and that her pain meds were being cut in half little by little. Her doctors have been prescribing them for her for over 10 years. She said she was tired of being in pain and feeling pain all the time experiences OCD, ADHD, she weaned herself off of Adderall! I AM SO PROUD OF HER! I know it takes a lot to look yourself in the mirror everyday and believe there's good and know that there's a possibility to be pain-free... She felt inspired she followed her heart, she took action in her promptings. And I'm not saying everyone should do this, but every single one of us have our own answers. Guidance from your doctor is always suggested. I don't always like their guidance or the way they do things... But that's just me.

She got way more than she ever dreamed. The word (transcendence- means to surpass all possibilities.)

I know what it's like to be in pain and to be full of dis~ease, It's why I do this work! It's why this work matters to me so much!

She literally is like a daughter to me and a soul sister. We talked a lot and we talked about addiction and books and people and frequency. This afternoon I ran errands and came home to a box on my doorstep!
I thought to myself hmmmm, I wonder what this is? I knew I didn't place an order for anything. I expected it to say my daughter's name and the next thing I know it says (ShiningStar🌟)
My heart was overcome with joy as I open the box and found these two books inside!

My heart is so full of gratitude and love, this made my whole year, and it's only the first month of the year!!!
