I think it's a good time to talk about SELF CARE and putting YOU on your to-do list!

You can't fully accomplish those big dreams, take care of the house, the kids, the dog and whatever else you have going on without first making sure that you're happy and fulfilled.

Yes, we all know that in theory, but just how do you make self-care a priority when it seems that there just isn't enough time?

Try this 😉 Add something completely and sinfully selfish to your calendar once per week. It can be as simple as going to your favorite coffee shop for an hour and people watch or go to a movie. Anything that makes you happy 😊. Make this NON-NEGOTIABLE regardless of who likes it. You need that time!

Trust me, a little selfish time goes a long way in making you more productive for the work week coming!

As for me, today I'm going to get cute, go out and enjoy a ladies day with friends, drinks, food and laughter.
