The Salvation Army of Seminole County and The Restoration Church of Sanford joined hands last night along with many volunteers to serve our community a Hot Meal, to Hear Godâs Word, a Children Ministry is also providing as well.

Mobile feeding units are beginning service today in areas of Florida affected by while EDS teams in The Salvation Army of Georgia and the The Salvation Army of the Carolinas continue to prepare to respond after the storm has moved through.

The Salvation Army Emergency Disaster Services has begun preparations by staging critical supplies in the Divisional Disaster Warehouse and placing mobile feeding units and an Incident Management Team on standby. With these resources in place, teams will be ready to respond in affected areas as soon as safely able.

Today marked the last major excursion of the summer for the summer camp, as they embarked on a trip to Sea World. In addition to going on roller coasters, the group visited Elmo and had the opportunity to observe whales, dolphins, and stingrays up close. Despite the heat, everyone had an enjoyable experience.

Today we took our summer camp to a place called Urban Air in Altamonte Springs. The children had all kinds of options to choose from, which included bumper cars to ropes courses and much more. A great time was had by all

The Salvation Army of Seminole County is at the Geneva heritage rural center for July 4th celebrations. Majors Don and Helene Wildish were joined by some of our board members to speak with the public and celebrate with them.
The Salvation Army summer camp started their week off with a visit from the Seminole County Sheriffâs Department and learned how the helicopter helps the county. Then today we took a trip to fun spot in Orlando, FL to have a day filled with fun.

Seminole County! The Lugos have received a change in appointment and are now headed for Tallahassee to continue sharing the Good News! This is a bittersweet moment in our lives, but we would like to take the opportunity to thank God, our congregation, employees, Advisory Board, Community Partners, Volunteers, and all who have allowed to us to come alongside you on this journey. We will miss the great people of Seminole County and are truly grateful for your interest, trust, love, and support over the last three. We firmly believe that The Salvation Army does the most good and will continue with such great friends as you!
The summer camp went on a field trip to Planet Obstacle in Lake Mary today to expend some of their summer energy.
