We are looking for someone with a little paint and body experience that would like to change over to boats. Experience with boats is not necessary. Work is full time. This person would be working with impacts to boats. Grinding damaged fiberglass, laying new fiberglass and shaping. Experience in gelcoat or metal flake will increase the pay

We have a new project boat in the shop. We will be updating the photos as the boat progresses.

We are going to do a little progressive photo set. This is a 2016 Ranger 521. It has around 13 impacts on the hull. We have already layered glass on the inside and inverted the boat.
The first pictures are of the inside before we layered glass. The rest are of the damaged hull before we started to grind. I will add pictures everyday until we finish.

This boat came unhooked from the truck and hit a tree. We cut all the damaged fiberglass away. I will show some progress photos in the comments.

This Ranger sustained an impact to a steel river bouy. It was deemed a total loss by the carrier. After over a 100 hours of work, you can't even find a seam out of place. Beautiful restoration.
