Hi Everyone. Sorry I haven't been posting much here, but that's all going to change. I've got a lot of catching up to do with you to let you know all we've been working on. I'll start with this oldie, but goodie video that was recorded during the pandemic - 9/20/2020. We've now got over 100 agencies and almost 1,600 court reporters nationwide. We have a mobile app for court reporters that we launched last July 2022. We're building our mobile app for agencies that will be released at the NCRA convention in July 2023. We just released three HUGE features for agencies. One is our Bulk Upload feature that allows agencies to upload up to 60 jobs into our platform and publish them on the job board from an Excel file. Agencies can export jobs from their Workforce Platforms into an Excel file and then easily import them into CoverCrow. Our second feature is the Job Share feature that allows agencies to share a link and an image of the job ad via email and Facebook. Our third feature is a Job Ad Preview, which allows agencies to see exactly what their job post looks like from the court reporters point of view and see how it's displayed on the job board and what information is published. Our newest feature for freelancers is our "Nest Review," which allows court reporters to review their job location and post up to 5 pictures of the location, and another 3 photos of their chair. It's like a Yelp review, with information on amenities, such as wifi, elevator access, room temperature, parking & transportation, and then a place to leave a full description of the location. This helps your fellow court reporters find information when they need it - before they've accepted a job! This information is always connected to the location, so when a job is posted for that location in the future, the location review is readily available.
