Stop Abuse of Our Justice System

January 10th, 2024, Shafi Afridi has requested an appointment with the Governor of California to discuss the abuse of our justice system. I will share the date of the meeting soon, and I invite everyone to join me at the meeting. If we do not stand up for our rights today, we cannot complain about it tomorrow. Unfortunately, the abuse of our law and justice system is happening so openly, and no one seems interested in stopping it. Small businesses are not the concern of our high-end legislature and politicians. Therefore, we must make an informed decision when voting and choose someone from our community who cares about our society. We should not vote for a millionaire or billionaire who is not concerned about us beyond the voting day.

Honorable Governor, and Attorney General, I would invite your kind attention that some Attorney(s) are taking undue and illegal benefits of the Immigration Consultant Act Law and victimizing the immigration consultants who are not lawyers and they are being harassed up to the extent that they admit their uncommitted violation of immigration laws. In most of the cases, the settlement takes place outside the Court and the abuser of the law receives a handsome amount from the poor immigration consultants because they cannot afford the heavy professional fee of the Lawyers.
The (ICA) Immigration Consultant Act needs to be revised, so no one can abuse our justice system.
