Croutons with tomato and cheese
Ingredients:
Bread, preferably from a baguette - 3 pieces
Chicken egg - 1 piece.
Milk - 2 tablespoons.
Tomatoes - ½ pcs.
Grated cheese - 3 tbsp.

Salt, pepper
Vegetable oil
Ingredients:
Macaronade:
● 150 g almond flour sifted twice
● 150 g powdered sugar
● 55 g aged egg whites (approx. 1.5 whites)
● 150 g sugar
37 g mineral water (without gases)

1 Tip of a knife of red and blue food coloring

● 250 white chocolate
● 70 g softened butter

4 DELICIOUS NO-BAKE CHEESECAKE RECIPES
1) Traditional Cheesecake
Ingredients:
- 300 g cookies (e.g. Jubilee)
- 100-150 g butter
- 500 g mascarpone, Philly cheese or low-fat cottage cheese
- 200 ml of cream of 33-35% fattiness
- 150 g sugar
- 20g gelatin
Preparation:
1. Pour 100 ml of cold boiled water over gelatin and let it sit for 1 hour.
2. Crush the cookies in a blender, then add the melted butter and mix to a loose mass.
3. Put cookies and butter into moulds (24-26 cm in diameter), press well and leave in fridge while stuffing.
4. Bring the gelatin to a boil, but do not boil.
5. Leave it to cool.
6. Whip the cream with the sugar.
7. Add the mascarpone, mix well.
8. Add the gelatin and mix again.
9. Spread the mixture on a cookie sheet, smooth out and leave in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours.
2) Chocolate cheesecake.
Ingredients:
- 150g of shortbread cookies
- 50g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 120 ml of whipping cream
- 150g bitter chocolate
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 200g cream cheese
The preparation:
1. Melt the chocolate in a water bath, setting the bowl over a pan of boiling water, and then cool.
2. chop the cookies into crumbs in a blender.
3. Mix with melted butter and 1 tbsp. sugar and mix well.
4. Tuck the cheesecake mixture into the molds and place in the refrigerator.
5. Whip the cream, add the cooled melted chocolate and then add the cocoa powder dissolved in a little hot water.
6. Stir gently.
7. Beat in the cream cheese and sugar.
8. Combine with the chocolate mixture, stir to combine.
9. Place on the cooled base in the mold.
10. Place in the freezer for 1 hour.
11. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
12. Then the chilled cheesecake can be cut.
3) Blueberry cheesecake with nuts.
Ingredients:
- 500 g cottage cheese
- 500g sour cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 200 g walnuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts)
- 100 g blueberries or blueberry jam
- 150 g butter
- 200 g gelatin
- 150 g dates or dried apricots
Preparation:

- 350 g of shortbread cookies (you can "Jubilee")
- 150g of butter
- 3 bananas
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 450g cottage cheese
- 200 ml of cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1,5 tbsp. gelatin
Preparation:
1. chop cookies in a blender and then mix with melted butter.
2. Spread the mixture evenly in the bottom of the cheesecake tin.
3. Pour 6-7 tablespoons hot water over the gelatin and stir until dissolved.
4. Crush two bananas in a blender with lemon juice.
5. Add the cottage cheese, cream and powdered sugar.
6. Whisk until creamy, then slowly pour in the gelatin while stirring.
7. Pour the mixture onto the cookie sheet and leave to set in the fridge for 3-4 hours.
8. Remove the cheesecake from the mold and garnish with bananas.
