Giving a shout out to the best damn personal trainer I know. Thanks for always believing in my abilities, supporting me and showing me the right way to do the "frog stretch." (It hurts like hell!) Seriously though, marathon training is a lot easier with your help. From Zoom training to live training, all those bridges (and everything else in between) are paying off. LA is at the doorstep!!
