Who wore it best?

Just an FYI there’s construction at Chapala and Ortega. It’s been going on a few days and the city thought it was a good idea to close Ortega for 2 blocks to prevent cars from crossing this intersection. We are really sorry for the inconvenience. We’ve lost a lot of money because the city blocked complete access to our restaurant all the way to Anacapa st leaving no way for door dash drivers or elderly customer to pick up pizzas. The customers that have made it to us came from anacapa and drove around the signs when it was safe to do so.
