June is Pride Month which provides an opportunity to celebrate the diversity present in our community! By becoming an inclusive organization, PathPoint fosters an environment of empowerment so that everyone can be their authentic self and contribute meaningfully to our mission. Diversity enhances employee engagement, which drives innovation and continuous improvement. Cultural humility creates an environment of growth, where our staff and the people we support feel safe, welcomed, and included.

Happy Pride Month! Pride is an opportunity to celebrate the beautiful and powerful diversity within LGBTQ+ communities with respect to race, color, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, and disability.
During this month, the California Civil Rights Department, CA vs Hate program is showing up and showing out at LGBTQ+ Pride events across the state to offer support and resources in the fight against hate. Pride events serve as powerful platforms for promoting inclusivity, celebrating diversity, and advocating for equality across all of California’s diverse communities.
