Today, I am honored to introduce the latest addition to our series of Reiki healing videos: "Reiki for Bladder Challenges."

Bladder challenges can be uncomfortable and distressing, impacting our daily lives and overall well-being. In this healing session, I guide you through a soothing Reiki practice specifically tailored to address the challenges associated with bladder issues. Through the healing energy of Reiki, you'll experience relaxation, rejuvenation, and support as your body's natural healing processes are activated.

⭐️Incorporating shoulder stands in yoga to promote circulation to the pelvic region.
⭐️Reflecting on what's upsetting me and allowing myself to acknowledge and process my emotions.
⭐️Avoiding sugar, spice, and caffeine to minimize bladder irritation.
⭐️Staying hydrated by drinking lots of water throughout the day.
⭐️Finding healthy outlets to express and release anger and frustration.
⭐️Giving Reiki to my bladder as a means of facilitating healing and restoration.
⭐️Slowing down to connect with my feelings and cultivate self-awareness.

I share these practices with you in the hope that they may resonate with your own experiences and provide additional support on your healing journey.
