With over 15 years of experience, Rev. Dr. Myra brings a unique blend of spiritual teaching and healing practices, including Reiki, sound therapy, and ancestral-indigenous methods. As a holistic health consultant, psychotherapist, life and relationship coach, yoga teacher, and community educator, she specializes in trauma recovery, spiritual guidance, and personal development. She is well-versed in holistic spirituality, mind-body-spirit practices, and self-care, and excels in designing programs that foster personal growth and skill development.

Living Sanctuary is an interfaith ministry and healing center. We offer a heart-centered approach to whole life health and wellbeing. Wellness consults/coaching, spiritual guidance, and personal healing courses are provided to help resolve emotional-mental, physical, spiritual, or life difficulties; improve health and wellbeing (i.e., worry, anxiousness, depressed, chronic pain/health conditions); and balance personal relationships and work-social interactions. We also provide confidential, phone and online (Google/Skype/Zoom) sessions to accommodate busy schedules.
Resources are also offered at reduced costs to meet the needs of the community. Pay-It-Forward services and classes are available by donation/love offering.
