1. They help you communicate- your teeth & tongue allow you to speak!

2. They’re HARD WORKERS- they grind up and mash the food you enjoy and eat everyday.

3. They’re UNIQUE- your teeth, smile and tongue print are uniquely your own. No two are the same!

If the average person is only spending 45-70 SECONDS brushing their teeth per day, what do you think the end result will likely be for their dental health?

We recommended spending a good 2-3 minutes brushing using the proper tooth brushing technique to remove the plaque and bacteria above and below the gum line.

Some people like to set a timer, sing a song, or use their commute time in the car to brush their teeth.

Being intentional about cleaning the tooth surfaces in your mouth will help prevent future tooth decay and gum disease.

Prevention is key 🔑 to good dental health for children & adults.

We spend extra time with kids/parents to show them proper toothbrushing 🪥 techniques so they can learn how to get rid of the plaque daily at home.

We educate and show kids where the “bad bugs”🦠 are hiding in their mouth.

Learning these good habits in childhood will help them keep their teeth for their lifetime. In the end that is the goal for better health.

When you walk into our office, we want it to feel like your walking into a living room with a homey feel.

We don’t want it to FEEL like a typical dental office and we certainly don’t want it to SMELL like a dental office. Fresh flowers always helps!

Each of our patients is greeted with a hello and smile and we work hard to be sure our patients feel welcome. We do our best to be early or on time so we don’t want patients waiting.

One of the funniest “complaints” we have received from patients is we don’t give them anytime to catch up on the celebrity news. Our magazines are always the newest editions so if you like to see “what’s new” we always have the newest People Magazine. 😂

It’s Children’s Dental Health Month 🦷🪥

Cavities are the most chronic disease in childhood and yet, dental decay is preventable.

At King Dental, we teach and demonstrate the best tooth brushing technique to children and their parents to remove the bacteria 🦠 and bugs 🐛 that’s leads to cavities.

We also see children complimentary 2 extra times per year (4 times total in a year) so we can stay on top of the ever changing dynamics that happen in a child’s mouth.

Did you know that Dr. King is also Colonel King and he serves in the Air Force Reserves?

At least once a month he travels down to Riverside to serve as Commander of his squadron! He has a passion for serving in the military and has for the past 23 years!

He began his Air Force Career straight out of dental school which gave him a great opportunity to get really good at dentistry.

He joined his Dad’s practice in 2008 and has continued to love what he does every day both in his private practice and military life.

His mission is clear on both fronts and he finds great joy in both.
