Women in Rexel (WIRe) was created with the mission of offering an empowering environment for women to learn, collaborate, and thrive. Over the years, this organization has expanded internationally, involving hundreds of both female and male employees and hosting various events annually. We were delighted to host a WIRe meeting this week at our corporate office in Dallas. Over 50 people gathered to discuss our business, empowerment, engagement, and strategies for further developing this important employee resource group. The evolution of WIRe is truly inspiring, and we are looking forward to the ongoing expansion of this group.

Exciting news! We sponsored the NAED Women in Industry Conference FUN RUN this morning. It was heartwarming to see such a strong turnout at the early 6:30 am start! Supporting women in our industry is a key part of our values and success at our company. A huge thank you to all the amazing Rexel women and other participants who made this event successful.

Rexel USA has entered into an agreement to acquire Talley Inc., a leading distributor of wireless infrastructure products, services, and solutions in the U.S.

The completion of this transaction is subject to U.S. antitrust approval and customary closing conditions and is expected to close in June.

It was an honor to be acknowledged by SAP as a leader within our industry at the recent event in Vienna. We received the SAP Trading Partner Leadership Award for our continued global leadership efforts to better connect with customers on the SAP Business Network, a great recognition of all the global teams that work to make Rexel a preferred supplier partner on the network. James Finn was selected as the key supplier speaker, representing Rexel Group at the SAP Spend Connect Live event raising awareness for our efforts in digitization, sustainability, and building a transparent supply chain. He was joined by fellow Rexel Group and Rexel Germany peers Ryan Snook, Thomas Jager, Michael Hofmann, and Franziska Klewer.

As we observe Labor Day this year, we are grateful for the hardworking electricians and other workers that we serve daily across the country and our incredible 7,000+ employees who bring their all to work every day.

In honor of Memorial Day, Rexel USA would like to express our deepest gratitude to our fallen heroes and their families.

Today, we honor Martin Luther King Jr. and reflect on his important legacy.
