Our very own Ayla Barry!—— Ayla will be joining the US Senior National Team this upcoming fall and relocating to Los Angeles. She will also be training with the Junior team this summer and representing the US at Jr. Worlds in Lima, Perú.

Our 12U athletes rocked the podium in every event- way to go athletes and 12U Coaches Sonja & Bianca!
A big congrats to our youth athlete, Yara, who was the High Point Athlete, and to both Coach Suzannah and Coach Anna, who were the coaches of the year! Our youth program also received the High Point Award once again!

Beyond proud of our Junior and Senior athletes! Lots of podium finishes and great swims ❤️ and special thanks to Coach Liu OU and Coach Yuliya Roysental for leading these teams and having a great competition!
The Aquamaids also snagged some hardware by bringing home the High Point Award, High Point Athlete Award, and Senior Coach of the Year.

Over the weekend, our youngest athletes competed at the Intermediate Championships, held in Sacramento, CA.
There was a total of 5 SCA teams that competed on Sunday, and 8 teams on Saturday.
SCA brought home 24 gold medals this weekend!

As a reminder, Arizona is on Mountain Standard Time, one hour ahead of Pacific Standard Time. This applies to events on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. On Sunday we go to Daylight Savings Time in the Pacific time zone, but Arizona does not, so we are all on the same time for Sunday events.
