RICE: Rest, Ice (wrapped in a cloth), Compression (gentle bandage), Elevation.

Clean the wound gently with mild soap and water.

Apply a bandage to protect the wound.

Watch for signs of infection (redness, swelling, pus).

Call your pediatrician if you have any concerns.
