Secret night chocolate desert!!!
Mix 100gr of greek low fat yogurt with 20 gr chocolate casein protein powder. Ad a little bit of water if too thick.
Casein is a slow-digesting dairy protein, which releases amino acids slowly, so people often take it before bed to help with recovery and reduce muscle breakdown while they sleep. It also boosts muscle growth, along with a ton of other benefits.

Sit on your mat or floor, have both legs together. You can grab bottle (wine bottle :-) ) , kettlebell or dumbbell, whatever...And try to throw both legs together side to side. Here we go!
