✨No surgery here just facial rebalancing with hyaluronic acid fillers over a 2 year period. She’s aging backwards! A total of 12 syringes have been used gradually over time to replace volume loss in the cheeks, chin and jawline for a natural looking result. Filler Longevity!! Almost exactly a year ago, three syringes of filler were used to improve the asymmetrical appearance of the marionette line of the lower face. The after photo was taken a year later and it’s still holding up very well with little to no need to add more. Overfilling this area can lead to a swollen- looking chin and heavier jowls. .

NEUROTOXIN BROW LIFTING
This is how we get the brows to lift a few millimeters with neurotoxin. In this case, we used Dysport but all products can help lift the brows.

The muscles that help us frown pull down and in towards the nose like in the before photo.

Neurotoxin has an opposite effect on the muscle. So if they pull down and in before, afterwards they will stay in a higher and more lifted position allowing for a few millimeters of lifting

Now….. not everyone can get a brow lift. If your muscles between your brows or around your eyes don’t pull in much when you smile, squint or frown the only way to get lifting is a surgical brow lift.

This is a quick and easy treatment to make your eyes appear more rested and relaxed

Seventeen months in between photos after microneedling with platelet rich plasma infusion and injections. The lighting might be slightly different since we switched our photo taking procedures but the differences in the texture and discoloration are undeniable. Significant improvement of dog bite scar on the chin just after two treatments. This patient has tried C02 laser, microneedling and injections to try and improve the scar. Our Resurfx Erbium laser was used as a spot treatment to reduce the scar!

Filler doesn’t always need to be used to voluminze the lips or cheeks.  It can also be used as a skin boosting treatment to improve wrinkles. This patient had no interest in a deep laser treatment and has been very happy with regular neurotoxin and filler in her lips and around the mouth over the last year.

This was after one session of our Smoothglo treatment which is Intense Pulse Light (IPL) followed immediately by Microneedling with Radiofrequency. When the injector gets injected 💉. Our gorgeous Nurse Trisha got her lips injected a week ago by Nurse Marisa with RHA3 (resilient hyaluronic acid) and this was her end result after her swelling went down. RHA hyaluronic acid filler are made to flex and bend with facial movements. We are loving the results we’ve seen with these products. Fillers used to correct an asymmetrical marionette line that this sweetheart of a patient called her “bulldog” side 😂. This wasn’t the easiest correction and required two visits with 3 syringes of filler to rebuild the corners of her mouth. This also shows us that filling cheeks will not correct marionette lines in cases like these. Look at those full natural cheeks! Adding more cheek would make her look too full there and wouldn’t have corrected that deep line.
