This nightmare has finally come to a close! 👹👿 It only took 4 escrows, 3 horrendous lenders, 2 crazy buyers and 1 cat in the hat to get this house sold! Who said selling Real Estate was easy? First buyer / lender tried to commit loan fraud (which didn't end well). Second lender had horrible communications and didn't tell their buyer that his loan "approval" was conditioned on him paying off a bunch of debt at closing... He walked away at signing. Third one realized 2 days later their furniture wouldn't fit. And the 4th one didn't close smooth either, had to switch lenders at the last minute because a mysterious "collection" just "showed up". Thank you all you lenders out there who actually do your job, and thanks to my seller who held on tight for the ride!🍿🚀
