Recap of our heartwarming holiday event in Rosarito on December 2nd! 🌟

We served 130 kids and 33 adults. A massive shout-out to Alinecheesebread for generously donating pães de queijo (cheese bread) for our amazing volunteers – your support made our day!

Special thanks to our dedicated volunteers in the USA (Araci, Matilde, Rodrigo, Sarita, Karine, Antonio, Jelga, Mayra, Nelci, Audrey, Paula, and Kevin) and Mexico (Soledad, Marisol, Tadeo, Lorena, Socorro, Brijida, Liza and Martha) – your commitment is truly appreciated!

Activities included ornament painting and a photo booth, and each family received a Polaroid picture. Kids painted the ornaments, hung them on the Christmas tree, and received delightful gifts. We also had lively piñatas, games, and a festive performance of "Feliz Navidad" by our music program. We can't forget to mention how emotional we got seeing the children singing a patriotic Mexican song for us! 💖

A heartfelt mention to Nelci for donating cookies and cake to celebrate Audrey's 8th birthday. 🎂🍪

The highlight of the evening? Santa Claus, Ms Claus, and the Grinch who joined our celebration! Kids checked in donned red hats, took individual and family Polaroid pics, painted ornaments, enjoyed tacos al v***r, and partook in the festive activities.

Thank you to everyone who made this event a success! Your contributions make a difference in the lives of these wonderful children.

Our Friday, Oct 13, 2023, board meeting left us inspired and excited to enter 2024 with renewed strength. We talked about the 2023 GALA, current and upcoming projects, and plans for the coming year. We received valuable suggestions for enhancing the next GALA and beyond. This meeting has set us on a path to prepare effectively for the future.

Today’s goes to Brazil’s Back To School event!

What a blast we had at our ‘Back to School’ event in Sete Lagoas, Brazil on August 12, 2023!

The ABC Alphabetization kiddos came together to throw a spectacular edu-party! 🎉📚

From 9 AM to 12 PM, we were on fire with excitement! The magician, Gustavo, worked his enchanting magic and had the kids spellbound with jaw-dropping tricks! 🎩🐇🌟

Big shoutout to our amazing squad of 9 volunteers who rocked the show and kept the vibes high. We had 22 children and 14 adults making this day unforgettable!

They all got to enjoy delicious Brazilian savory appetizers, popcorn, refreshing juice, soda, sweet treats, and the pièce de résistance, CAKE! 🍰

Our mission? To gift every child a pack of school supplies with a snazzy backpack!

With 45 incredible people present that day, the Back to School event was memorable and will forever be etched in our hearts!

What a memorable day! 💖

On Sunday, Oct 1st, 2023, our Ahuachapan community, in El Salvador, celebrated El Día Del Niño - Children's Day, and Eyes Of A Child Vision made it unforgettable! 🎨🎈

Our team organized a day filled with fun, creativity, and learning to support the intellectual and recreational development of 32 sponsored children and others who joined in the celebration.

On this day, we took the time to prepare ourselves for the next “Shoes that Fit” event by measuring the children’s feet.

Our fantastic volunteers made it all happen:
- Flor and Marlene measured shoe sizes.
- Brandon, Benjamín, and María helped with logistics.
- Rosmeri added a touch of magic with balloon decorations.

We played exciting games like tug of war, rock-paper-scissors, and The King asks, sparking laughter and teamwork. 🎲🍬

To share the love, we ordered 16 pizzas for over 80 children, parents, and guests. 🍕

But the best part? Toys were gifted to all the children, sponsored or not, spreading joy and smiles all around! 🎁

We are immensely grateful to Happy Pappers, for allowing the children to experience the beauty of art and let their imagination and creativity flow, and to Elash Boutique for making this event even more memorable with delicious pizza and piñatas for the fun.
