PROPERTY TAXES ARE DUE!! Is your mortgage payment impounded? Did you get an extra bill? Here is what to do! If it is not impounded, make sure to pay online or pay those taxes by April 10th!

New Loan Limits have been announced!!
LA County Conforming Loan Limits:
From $726,200 to $766,550 (up $40,350)
High balance Loan Limit:
From $1,089,300 to $1,149,825 (up $60,525)
The new loan limits can go into effect on any new escrows NOW! FHA/VA will start 1/1/24!
….and rates continue to dip! Good news all around!
