**Balsamico di Modena** is one of Italy’s most prized culinary treasures, known for its rich, complex flavor and deep, dark color. Produced in the Modena and Reggio Emilia regions of Italy, this balsamic vinegar is made from the must of local grapes, typically Trebbiano and Lambrusco varieties.
What sets Balsamico di Modena apart is its traditional aging process. After cooking the grape must, it is placed in wooden barrels, where it ferments and ages over several years. The result is a beautifully balanced vinegar, with a delicate harmony between sweetness and acidity, and deep flavors of figs, cherries, and molasses.
The product carries a protected geographical indication (PGI) label, ensuring that only vinegar made in the designated area of Modena and following specific production methods can bear the name. This artisanal process and strict quality control have made Balsamico di Modena a symbol of Italian culinary excellence.
It’s incredibly versatile, perfect for drizzling over salads, enhancing meats, and even being paired with fruits and desserts.

Products It has been quite a rough year for us in the food industry. Normally Holi Cannoli serves sporting arenas in Los Angeles, but this year we were completely shut down with no real date of returning. While I plan to operate this holiday season for orders, I have no guarantees of how next year will look....

About Holi Cannoli
Holi Cannoli! Who knew that one single mother's recipe, and God's plan, could roll into one delicious Italian pastry?
Founded in 2012, Felicia Marie owner of Holi Cannoli had a dream to be an entrepreneur woman in business. A once stay at home mother had to pull her life together after a divorce. The goal was to set an example to her two sons Richie & Lorenzo, that "anything is possible."
Starting in her Santa Clarita kitchen, she worked tirelessly to perfected her cannoli recipe. She went the distance of traveling to the east coast researching cannoli loved by many New Yorkers. From there, she flew to Italy, visiting her family in Lucera and distinguishing the difference between what a New York cannoli was and a Sicilian. Back in her kitchen and with the help of using her sons' taste buds as a canvas, Holi Cannoli was born.
From there, Felicia Marie began marketing her pastries and landed contracts with various sporting arenas and concert halls throughout Los Angeles. A few dozen cannoli's later, she expanded by opening business to the public as Holi Cannoli is now available for orders by appointment only.
