Santa Cruz Community! Please consider bringing attention to the injustices taking place at Cafe Gratitude. Many managers and senior staff have been fired for standing up for a fellow coworker. This has caused many others to quit out of disgust and frustration.
Instead of hearing the requests of loyal employees who've worked there for years, the owner is attempting to rapidly replace them with new staff.
Please discourage this behavior by calling in to ask about the unjust firings.
Consider going to Cafe Gratitude in person to ask about the labor dispute. Consider boycotting and asking friends to abstain from supporting as well.
Consider leaving reviews on yelp and google so that the word can spread more.
