Valentine’s Day dinner at home! Lemon Herbed Risotto, with Arugula and Lemon Butter Scallops. Along with a Roasted Portobello Mushroom with Marinara, Sautéed Spinach and a Panko Crusted Goat Cheese.

Made a fun rustic dinner for a board meeting last night. Such a great crowd! Also found a new favorite appetizer!!

Baking for Brook Knolls Fall Festival

Today was a day of Baking! First loaf in a long while…fall made me do it! I forgot how much I love it!

Roasted Butternut Squash , Stuffed with Wild Rice. Such a good all in one meal!

Seriously such a fun event! A full Parmesan wheel from Italy, Salmon from Alaska! Decadent that’s all I can say! More photos to come.

I got to cater the most important party yet! My grandfather 90th birthday.

Another fun work party! These were two of my favorites! Grilled Tri Tip on a Crostini with a Garlic and Rosemary Aioli topped with Caramelized Onions and of course you never can go wrong with Tomato and Basil Bruschetta.

Devils on Horse Back Changed my life! Not the cleanest picture. Spicy, sweet, salty…talk about everything you want in a dish.

Trying out some new appetizers for an upcoming event. Smoked salmon mousse on cucumber rounds and a watermelon mint feta. So far there a hit!

Welcome back breakfast for some amazing teachers! Meat Lovers Quiche with Bacon, Ham, Breakfast Sausage and Gruyère cheese. Spinach and Mushroom Quiche with Fontina Cheese and a Full Veggie Quiche along side a beautiful fruit platter! Thank you teachers for all you do!

Another amazing friend blessed us with some fresh caught Blue Fin Tuna from his fishing trip. Dinner tonight…Sesame Seed Crusted Blue Fin Tuna Salad with a Ginger Garlic Dressing.

I am so blessed my father in law fishes! Fresh Halibut, from Santa Cruz Bay… with a spicy corn salsa and crispy rice. SO good!!

It’s Brunch Time! Smoked Salmon, Eggs Benedict …one of my all time favorites!

Arugula, Burrata , and Beat salad right along side some extra Crispy Fried Chicken. Never really cared for beets until I had this salad.
