~ It was a good friendship, since we both helped people travel. Of course our customers were moved thru invoking lands of distant cuisines. And your customers traveled on the BUS ~ but still we were BOTH in the business of taking people to new & different places. And there was a familiar and comforting profile to you old Metro Station.
We have both been victims of the same GENTRIFICATION & a City Council hell-bent on attracting “a different caliber of citizen”. We feel your pain as you are demolished as too was India Joze.
Surely their plans for you are noble & grander, but we are GRATEFUL for sharing those simpler times together & your partnership in the hood. Since we both moved hearts & minds, we wish you Godspeed as you are cast into the that mystical realm of MEMORY. Go in Love.

We will harvest, thresh, winnow & grind the grain, make dough, rise dough, bake dough... All in Communion with the Earth & exploration of the Great Bread religions & traditions.
We'll do other stuff too, Joze style vegetarian & omnivore.
Lunch included.
$50-60 sliding scale 12 spaces

We seem to have done the impossible and killed our kefir grains. Is there anyone out there I gave grains to who could spare a cup? I had that culture for twenty years.....
