Five years ago, we decided to spend less time posting in social media and giving away our IP in blog posts. While we do great work in every channel, including Facebook -- we decided, in a late night brainstorming session, to conduct a grand experiment:

We decided to seriously ratchet back on social media and blogging. We committed ourselves instead to spend 80% of our time actively delivering for

our clients. Incidentally, we select our clients pretty carefully looking for values-based alignment, mission/vision, culture, commitment to excellence and customer service. As for the other 20% of our time? It's spent researching, reading, growing, learning, giving back. So far, the experiment has worked out beautifully. Company revenues tripled, client satisfaction soared, and our team even had more time for things that matter most. You see -- when you get past all the hype -- smart business is really about meaningful engagement with and delivery to people you serve. So, if the people you serve find you through social media - be active in it and knock it out of the park! That's not the case with us.

100% of Live Path's work is garnered from word-of-mouth and direct client referral. We're honored and proud of that accomplishment, and acknowledge this as a result of consistently delivering against our promises to exceed client expectations. Our clients never have to feel that we are "posting on their dime" or putting them last. They never have to feel uncomfortable that we're sharing their secrets, whether it's a masked case study or not. They know they can always reach a human and have a chat if needed. The experiment has worked out beautifully! Client load tripled, satisfaction is at an all-time high and our team has more time to deliver, learn and grow. :) As it stands, we see no reason to change - and that's why you won't see much from us on Facebook. When a company tries to sell you a one-size fits all approach to social media -- please don't listen. Do what's right for your business. Go where your customers are, respond to their needs with empathy and patience and then serve them in a way that's impressive. And if you need advice, or a reality check, call us!
