Simple pleasures seem out of reach in early recovery, but stay the course! They will become more attractive as you heal.

Here's how you change the habit of "having the only stance" in a conversation. I remember the moment I said to my husband during an escalating argument, "you might be right". I never lost control during a fight in the same way again!

Are things getting a little too serious in your world? Behold!
