Hey Santa Cruz Cooks & Chefs! Just a reminder that Toque Blanche offers in-store Knife Sharpening!

We recommend that you get your knives sharpened every 6 to 12 months. Our prices are just $3.50 for small knives (under 6”) and $4.50 for larger knives. Sorry, we do not sharpen Shun and other high-end Japanese knives, nor serrated blades. But we can guide you on how best to care for your collection of kitchen cutlery!

And if you'd prefer to take matters into your own hands (safely!) our staff can show you the best knife sharpeners and storage, and how to keep your knives in tiptop shape.
