How I am training my new closer:
Hire slowly, train daily

Pre-hire -
1️⃣ Send closer 20 recorded sales calls
2️⃣ Closer watches all, learns process, then comes to sell me
--->If he passes, I send him another 30 recordings
3️⃣Then we role play daily for 2-4 weeks

4️⃣Give him calls
5️⃣Train daily
