I’m addicted to watching wilderness survival shows, like Alone, Naked & Afraid, Alaska, The Last Frontier, and more—so I decided it was time for a little wilderness in my life. 🌲

This week has proven to me just how magnificent the Earth is, as I ventured to Canada. 🇨🇦

I’ve re-learned to stop, pause, and actually notice my surroundings. So often we’re in a hurry bouncing from one place to the next, leaving little room for imagination and splendor. But with intentionality, we can focus on the minute details of nature and life, which often allow us to access facets of ourselves that we didn’t even know existed. 😌

I invite you to take a moment — perhaps not as extreme as Canada — to simply pause, notice and admire all the nature that is around you. You might find that it has something to tell you. 🐾

Take a moment to give yourself some 🤍.

If there's one thing we've all learned these past few years, getting clear on what truly matters in your life is vastly important. Take time to cleanse and hone in on your mental clarity—and live with intentionality. 🤍

I recently went to Joshua Tree for my birthday. Being English living in California, it was a bucket list destination for me. 🌳

The land is so magnificent, powerful and healing. I had a deeply profound connection with the nature there. ✨😌

I was transformed by the magic and beauty of Mother Earth. 🌎

The highlights for me were:

Someone created the Peace sign out of rocks. What a generous, heart-based contribution that who knows how many people can enjoy! ❤️☮️✨

The Joshua Tree of Life which grows so beautifully in such arid conditions. A lesson to us all that life and beauty are all around us, in all conditions. ✨✨✨

Ask you HEART what it is you would LOVE to manifest. 💗

FEEL those seeds of intention take root inside your heart. Once you have FELT that connection, move on with your day, trusting The Universe to take care of the details. ✨🌎

You can write your intentions down in a Moon Journal and/or share them with a likeminded soul if you wish. ⭐️📔

REMEMBER—only use positive language when intention setting. For example—I am abundant. Or I have a fulfilling job that I love. 😌

Full Moon in Virgo 💜

Full Moons are a time for completion, culmination and illumination. It’s a moment where things “come up to come out.” 🌝

The moon is related to our internal world and our emotions and is deeply feminine in energy.

As the moon reaches the peak in her monthly cycle, so too, do we. Emotions can be high and this can feel very intense for many of us. Trusting in the wisdom of this great cosmic influence can really support us in our process. Trust that what is illuminated for us is all for our greater evolution, lean in to it and use the energies of this Full Moon as a natural moment to release and let go. 🌝

This is a perfect time to release and relinquish patterns in our life that no longer serve, that we don’t want to carry with us in to the next lunar cycle. ✨

This Full Moon comes just before the Spring Equinox this weekend so it’s a PERFECT moment to do some internal spring cleaning! ⭐️

Heart Energy is about Compassion, Connection, Community, Collaboration, Creativity and Unconditional Love. 💗

I have absolute unwavering belief that this is what it will take to Heal the World. 🌍
