Parents, teaching your children the right way to brush can significantly affect their oral health. Here's a guide to ensure they brush effectively: Instruct your child to hold the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle to their gums. This positioning allows the bristles to clean the teeth and gumline adequately. Teach them to use gentle circular or back-and-forth motions when brushing the outer surfaces of their teeth and gums. This method ensures they clean effectively without causing harm to their gums. Remind them that this simple technique is essential for a lasting healthy smile. Encourage regular practice!
