Reiki is life force energy that flows through the body and speeds up energy flow. It can activate the body's self-healing and balance energy centers (Chakras).

Everything, including us, plants, animals, and even things around us, is energy. Our feelings, thoughts, and emotions are also energy. You’ve heard people talk about good vibrations, high vibrations, and low vibrations. But what does that mean? We also hear people say that they do not believe in energy. Well, everybody experienced some happy, high-energy emotions as well as some low frequency vibrations. Emotions and feelings can not be seen or surgically cut out. Which means they are energy. Each emotion vibrates at a certain frequency based on whether it cultivates a primarily positive or negative mindset. For example, joy, love, passion, and happiness are some of the highest-frequency emotions. Fear, anger, grief, guilt, and jealousy are low frequency emotions.
