If you're a Google Analytics User - hopefully you've implemented GA4 (the new version of Analytics as Universal Analytics (UA) is going away in July 2023.
With the transition to GA4 there are changes - one of which is Bounce Rate vs. Engagement Rate :
Bounce Rate (UA) = Percentage of single page sessions in which there was no interaction with the page. A bounced session has a duration less than 10 seconds.
Engagement Rate (GA4) is the opposite of bounce rate - An engaged session is a session that lasted longer than 10 seconds, had a conversion event, or had at least 2 pageviews or screenviews.
