It’s hard to believe we’ve been in our new office for more than 2 weeks already! I remember the day this photo was taken—we were still in the middle of packing and organizing and there was soooo much to do. Many studies over the years show a direct correlation between being married and being healthy. Marriage is no substitute for taking care of yourself physically, but there are arguably some huge health benefits to being with a loving and supportive partner. One study showed that married people who had heart attacks were 14% more likely to survive and got out of the hospital 2 days earlier on average. Pretty cool.

I firmly believe that one of the best ways to start a happy marriage off on the right foot is to have a prenuptial agreement—or at least to go through the exercise of discussing every issue a prenupt addresses. It’s good for your marriage, your happiness, and apparently your health too!
