Did you know πŸ’¨ing out of ceramic will cool down your smoke more than glass giving you a smoother, more enjoyable experience each time? (They're also more durable than glass!)

I'm preferable to either ceramic or water b(el)ongs when I'm not πŸ’¨ing j01nts.

This particular piece is her smaller doll head p1pe and has a pretty small πŸ₯£ so if you want more out of your s3sh I'd recommend a larger size

For me personally this holds the perfect amount for anxiety reduction, an increased appetite, and a light comfortable ✈️

When we πŸ’¨ out of a b(el)ong the water cools the smoke, traps ash, and makes for an overall smoother experience

Though many have opinions on πŸ’¨πŸŒΏ I find it comes down to personal choice

Using a b(el)ong, a filter, or ceramic pieces can all reduce the harsh feeling πŸ’¨ can give you but it's not always necessary

A "T" Break or a Tolerance break from T✨️H✨️C is a common practice medicinal and recreational users can utilize to make the most out of their c0nsumpti0n πŸ’β€β™€οΈ

T breaks can look different for everyone as not everyone has the ability to fully stop their c0nsumpti0n

If you are not able to fully stop a reduction in dosage can still help reset your system. For example, I cannot sleep without thsea so when I do my T breaks I will reduce my thsea amount and add cbdea or melatonin to help me sleep for a few nights

T breaks look different for everyone and it's recommended to talk to a professional (like me!) before starting your journey.

Always plan your T breaks according to your lifestyle and needs. If you're going to travel where you can't c0nsume, maybe that's a good time to taper off and give yourself a break.

Many studies that have been done on Plant inhalation πŸŒΏπŸ’¨ have been done without separating non-to***co smokers from to***co smokers, leading to skewed and false results

Smoking The Plant is nothing like smoking 🚬 but that doesn't make your πŸŒΏπŸ’¨ "perfectly" healthy

Anytime you smoke flower, you're intaking carcinogens in the form of tar, hot smoke, and ash into your lungs and alveoli

But still, smoking is my favorite mode of consumption πŸ₯°

πŸ’¨πŸŒΏ Smoking allows me to better control my exact intake that may not be in exact miligrams, but by what my body tells me it needs in that moment

πŸ’¨πŸŒΏ Smoking also lets me curate my own special blend by mixing smoking herbs from brands such as BARBARI and h**p flower from Dad Grass to make my Plant flower last longer and give myself a more well rounded experience

πŸ’¨πŸŒΏ Smoking pushes me outside (we don't πŸ’¨ inside) to listen to listen to the birds, get my vitamin d and ground on the grass

πŸ’¨πŸŒΏ Lastly, smoking helps me slow down. If I'm consuming via edible or tincture, the consumption lasts 2 seconds, and I wait for the results, usually about 45 minutes for edibles. With smoking, the effects happen in 10-15 minutes and don't last as long, so if I accidentally get excited and consume more than planned, it doesn't ruin my night

To be totally honest, the first time I heard about the ECS I thought it was a joke.

Hi there! My name is Evelyn and I've been a nurse for 10 years now. For most of my career I worked at the bedside and have been lucky enough to work almost every floor of the hospital.

Through my studies and work I noticed a large gap in care that couldn't (and wouldn't) be filled in the hospital. I would hear misinformation around The Plant 🌿 especially on how destructive it could be all while utilizing it myself for my own pains and mental health.
