I would have to say THE most critical component is mastering the closing call to the seller. When you do, the deals will come more easily and more frequently. This lets YOU choose which deals you want to pursue.

There’s another big benefit of taking the time and energy to do so. You become a better communicator which will help you with everything you do for the rest of your life.

When you master the phone, you’re learning to control all your conversations to get what you want more often. When you can carry on a conversation and know you’re in control, dread turns into excitement. Soon you’ll enjoy the process when you truly have no fear of anything the other party says or thinks.

Nearly everyone thinks "Well, if I had a step-by-step manual then I would be successful!".

The reality is that even though others may give us the answers to our questions or the solutions to our problems, more often than not, we don't take action on that advice.

Let's Face It Folks...Procrastination KILLS Deals. In my 30 plus years of investing and working with fellow entrepreneurs the common phrase I hear is "I can't get any leads"...When I sit down with them and take a look at their lead flow it isn't that they don't have any leads...it's that they don't WORK the leads they have!
