Dr. Misch had a productive weekend in Boston. Lectured at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine to the graduate periodontics residents then performed a research study on bone regeneration the following day. Great to see Dr. Will Giannoble, Dr. David Kim, Dr. Myron Nevins and Dr. Robert Miller.

Dr. Misch lectured this past weekend at the Dental XP Symposium in Atlanta to over 500 attendees. A unique meeting that focused on team treatment and interdisciplinary care with clinicians from over 50 countries. Congratulations to Drs. Maurice Salama, Henry Salama and David Garber for another successful and informative meeting.

Dr. Matthew Pham has a bright future in oral and maxillofacial surgery. It was a pleasure hosting him for the clinical observership through the Osteo Science Foundation - a great opportunity to pass on knowledge and experience to young surgeons
Matthew Pham, DMD, obtained both his BS and DMD from the University of Pittsburgh. Upon graduating, he received the AAOMS senior dental student award and his school’s research achievement award. He subsequently matched into the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Program at the University of North Carolina and graduated from medical school there in 2018. He enjoyed gaining more experience in complex reconstructive and implant surgeries during the Clinical Observership Program.
Dr. Misch was honored to lecture at the Greater New York Academy of Prosthodontists annual meeting. Packed house @ Lincoln Center in NYC - what a great stage and venue for a meeting!

Dr. Misch was honored to lecture at the 2019 American College of Prosthodontists annual meeting in Miami. Many patients do not realize that Dr. Misch is a board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon AND a specialist in prosthodontics.
Dr. Misch had a great weekend in Michigan. Friday teaching in the graduate periodontics clinic at UM Dental School and Saturday attending the UM-MSU football game at the Big House with Dr. Katie Misch and Dr. Hom Lay Wang - GO BLUE!
Dr. Misch lectured this weekend at the New York University College of Dentistry. Dr. Misch was on the faculty of the NYU Implant Department from 2000 - 2005. A great opportunity to see some former colleagues and friends.
Dr. Misch just published his article on "Graft Less" approaches for managing the atrophic maxilla and mandible - offering patients alternative solutions for implant treatment.
Osteo Science Foundation
It was great hosting Dr. Pat Gaus for a clinical observership through the OsteoScience Foundation. Giving back to the profession by sharing knowledge with young residents is such a fulfilling experience.

Dr. Misch had a great two days teaching in the graduate periodontics residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. A special treat to perform surgery with his daughter Maggie and share knowledge with a new generation of dental implant surgeons.
Dr. Misch is looking forward to presenting to the Greater New York Academy of Prosthodontics this December. A great lineup of speakers should make for a very interesting meeting.

Maggie will begin her residency in periodontics at UAB this July.
