Our retail Sales Representatives work with customers to find the best product options to meet their unique needs, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process. We are a unique retailer that understands the value of our customer and team.

Our retail sales team is responsible for greeting and assisting customers, maintaining a neat, organized and clean sales floor promoting the Northern Tool credit card program, selling extended service protection plans on qualifying items, and supporting the management team with day-to-day store operations

To lead and coordinate delegated store functions in a manner which will ensure retail sales and related activities are performed in a professional, courteous, reliable and results-oriented manner.

2 Positions Open: 1 Full Time and 1 Part Time!

Our stockers keep our retail stores organized and our shelves full for our customers by unloading product deliveries and moving the product to the sales floor. They maintain the visual presentation of the sales floor, as well as greeting customers and assembling products for displays and customers as needed.

The number one priority of the Cashier is to assist our customers during the checkout process. You will be trained to use our point-of-sale system to efficiently get our guest's products paid for and out the door so they can start their next big project.

Other responsibilities include promoting Northern Tool credit card program, selling extended service protection plans on qualifying items and assisting in store merchandising. Which can earn you Incentives plus hourly wage.

Looking for individuals to join the Northern Tool Family as a Sales Associate (Full Time and Part Time Available). We offer Flexible Schedules and employee's receive a 20% discount on store purchases.

COMMISSION: On Average additional $1-$4 per hour can be earned in commission every month; on everything you sell!

INCENTIVES: On top of hourly rate and commission; You have the chance to earn additional incentives from $1-$250 each month!!!

• Supports the “Manager on Duty” program as assigned
• Handles customer complaints, and assists personnel with problem situations
• Completes all merchandising activities and Planograms in a timely manner
• Ensures Sales Associates receive adequate training and adhere to all selling standards.
• Ensures inventory is properly managed to meet Company standards
