Rent Siesta Key is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance tasks and to support our portfolio of vacation and annual rentals. You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.

Responsibilities:

Complete assigned work orders and projects, traveling from property to property each day.

Ensuring our properties are well maintained in terms of general repairs and preventative maintenance.

Prepping our properties for guest arrival And conducting inspections.

Respond to guest issues.

Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with management team.

Be available and assist colleagues.

Placing trash out for pickup and bringing them in.

Walking properties to ensure it is free of any debris.

Completing work orders and tasks in a timely fashion while utilizing our work order system.

schedule and coordinate with third-party vendors

Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

​Qualifications:

Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields.

No major issues on driving records.

Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment.

Ability to handle physical workload.

Deadline and detail-oriented.

Smartphone and personal email address.

Ability to regularly lift over 50 lbs.

Self-motivated and customer service oriented.

Ability to see projects through to completion.

Ability to properly assess problems and provide solutions.

Ability to work a flexible schedule MUST work Saturdays.

Very good computer, tablet, smartphone skills.

​Must have good knowledge of appliances, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
