My passion for personalized nutrition is why, after so many years of immersing myself in the science of what diet works .
I have come to develop a system that works for the indervidual . Some of us have trouble processing fats, and carbohydrates .
Some of us are naturally allergic to certain vegetables, fruits , proteins and fats .

making even a very small change in your diet can lead to a large impact on your overall health .
Just reducing the amount of meat protien per day can encourage longevity . Eating a more plant based diet, along with adding more fish protein is a very healthy alternative as to eating to much heavy meats and fats .
