This week’s special is our take on a classic, Tuna Salad. We brought in some beautiful Yellowfin Tuna and gently poached it in olive oil, garlic, lemon, fennel, & herbs. Once cooled it’s dressed with oven dried tomatoes, cucumber, pickled celery, a touch of lemon caper aioli, micro swiss chard, & basil. Last weekend to try our loaf of the month: Pickled White Anchovy + Fennel! The White Anchovies have a much more subtle flavor than traditional anchovies and the pickling process giving this loaf a perfect balance of salty and acidic flavor. Pairs well with fresh pesto 🌿
